Temperature Logging SystemWe implemented a system to monitor the temperature of a room in order to ensure that the product reached a desired temperature (highlighted in red) during its sterilisation process -
Wine Cooling SystemAn HMI screenshot of a red wine circulation system. A PLC was used to control the cooling solenoids to maintain a certain temperature in the tanks, while also turning on the circulation pumps at set time intervals. Monitoring and parameters for multiple tanks could be viewed and altered from one single HMI unit -
Intake HMIAn HMI screenshot of a grape intake system used in a winery. The PLC is able to control the intake machinery as well as the valve system used to distribute the grapes to various seperators, presses, and storage tanks -
Intake HMI Storage TanksAnother screenshot of the grape intake system, showing an available path to one of the DF Tanks. The buttons under each tank allow the operator to select which intake they would like to route the grapes from to get to that specific tank -
Intake HMIsA photo of the HMI's that the operator uses in order control the intake system. Note we connected two HMIs to one PLC network in order to be able to see an overview of multiple sections of the system during operation -
Light EngineeringWe have our own small workshop that we use in order to manufacture light engineering work for our customers -
Safety PanelAn example of our standard safety panel. Based around an Eaton ES4p safety PLC, the panel is linked to a series of light curtains, door safety switches, pneumatic dump valves and and emergancy stop buttons in order to ensure that our machines meet our clients safety requirements -

SANAEOur company operates at a number of locations outside of Cape Town, including SANAE located in Antarctica -
Control PanelOur standard control panel uses an EATON EC4P to control the majority of our machines. Has ethernet capabilities in order to be connected to a central server, as well as multiple serial ports that can be used for scanners, printers, etc -
Jig 1Tooling that we automated to be compatible with one of our machines. The tooling holds a part while it is leaktested and scribed -
Jig 2Tooling that we automated to be compatible with one of our machines. The tooling holds a part while it is leaktested and scribed -
Jig 3Tooling that we automated to be compatible with one of our machines. The tooling holds a part while it is leaktested and scribed -
LeaktesterAn example of one of our machines - a basic leaktester and label printer, without any tooling and before the test equipment and printer have been installed -
Scanner MountingAn example of some of the light engineering that we manufacture in our workshop. This is an adjustable scanner mounting for positioning a motorola DS457 scanner
